Our Story
Our story began in 2019 when we set out to create a seasoning that combined pure, natural ingredients with bold, versatile flavor. As a small family owned company based in the Pacific Northwest, we take pride in handcrafting every batch of NA11, our premium all purpose seasoning. Made with no chemicals, preservatives, GMOs, or gluten, NA11 is a clean and flavorful addition to any kitchen. NA11 is on point for what I used it for! I'm a Chef that uses salt sparingly due to my clients. I create my own rubs and spice blends. I wanted to see how it worked in my 3 Day Chicken Brine. The Na11 Everything Rub added great flavor to the Chicken after I roasted it in the oven. I used 2 TBLS of Kosher Salt, 1 TBLS of NA11 and a few bay leaves in 1 gallon of water. Thanks for creating this. I'll experiment with the NA11 in other recipes.
