Our Story
Our journey started in 2013 trying to create a winning rub for competition grilling. At first, The Everything Rub was for just grilling but once we continued to receive rave reviews we started to develop the brand knowing that we were on to something!

Our name NA11 comes from our interest in science. 11 represents the number of different spices and herbs in our unique mixture from our kitchen to yours!
NA11 is on point for what I used it for! I'm a Chef that uses salt sparingly due to my clients. I create my own rubs and spice blends. I wanted to see how it worked in my 3 Day Chicken Brine. The Na11 Everything Rub added great flavor to the Chicken after I roasted it in the oven. I used 2 TBLS of Kosher Salt, 1 TBLS of NA11 and a few bay leaves in 1 gallon of water. Thanks for creating this. I'll experiment with the NA11 in other recipes.
